1. Pull knob off front of toaster/oven
2. Remove ten screws from the back
3. Reach inside pull off electrical connectors-make note which is right and which is left
4. Remove two screws from front disconnecting timer assembly
5. Reach in and pull out old timer assembly
6. Reverse process to install
