The thermal overload assembly is made out of metal and plastic. It is an authentic OEM sourced item which is specially produced for use with Broan and Nutone heaters. This part is available individually. During replacement, it may require a screwdriver and a set of pliers to help install this part correctly. It will require replacing if it breaks.
