This is an original DeWalt replacement part that is manufactured for use with oscillating multi-tools. The special block assembly is an attachment that is used to hold the depth guide. The block assembly can hold the guide at different angles, and can hold the depth guide at an angle so it can be used as a rolling guide for straight cuts. This block assembly is sodl individually.

I inserted the guide arm into the slots on the left and right sides of the guide block, then adjusted the length of the guide by pulling out or pushing inward to achieve the desired length. Secure the guide in place by turning the depth cut adjustment knob clockwise.To release the guide, turn the depth cut knob counterclockwise.
