The original pump ruptured (evidence of tampering was present).
1. Remove pump bolts with an allen wrench.
2. Remove the pump.
3. Install the new pump (align the shaft key during installation).
4. Re-install the pump bolts.
5. Tighten the bolts in an x pattern.
