Remove the push nut from the shaft holding the shield
Remove the shaft from the mower and the old shield
Push the new shaft through the hole in the mower and the the shield and through the mower on the other side.
Install the new push nut

Old Mower - Many Repairs

1. Replaced front/rear wheels and rebuilt/lubed drive sprag\'s at ends of transmission shafts.
2. Replaced all metal shields on lower portion of mower.
3. Replaced drive (V) belt.
4. Removed, sharpened and re-install cutting blade set.
5. Adjusted smart-drive cable (will probably replace at a later time).
6. Will replace pull-starter assembly once it is received (on a different order).
