The retaining pin was rusted in the shaft so had to cut it off flush with the shaft. Used penetrating oil around the tine. Beat it off with a hammer and drift. Had to drill a new retaining pin hole. Sanded the shaft so the new tine would slide on easily. New retaining pin. Good to go. Had the old tine not been rusted in place the replacem
