A screwdriver, a socket set, and a wrench set might be helpful during the installation of this part. It will need to be replaced if it breaks.

Replacing the blade was simple enough. Two bolts is all involved with removal and replacement.
The carburetor was a little more involved with the removal of two wing nuts (removal of air filter) four screws (removal of engine shroud) and three bolts (removal of carburetor).

1) Removed blade, nut with impact drill, blade holder, sheered washer, flywheel (very difficult).
2) Replaced flywheel key and flywheel, straightened blade holder and replaced with new keyed washer (aligned with flywheel magnet), attached blade with new Honda nuts.

The mower would not run more than at idle due to fuel starvation.
remove the air filter then the carb and replace the carb and air filter and it runs like new again it was a easy fix
