This is an identical replacement for a missing or damaged fuel tank which was originally installed on the new equipment, the purpose of the tank is to hold the fuel which is needed for the engine. It is made of high-quality plastic and is sold individually, please note the cap and other components are all sold separately.

Cracked Fuel Tank

Parts Used:

Removed rear cover of trimmer.
Pulled Fuel Tank out
Removed grommet with fuel lines
Reinserted grommet and fuel lines into new tank
Reinstalled fuel tank
Reinstalled rear cover
Removed air cleaner cover (watch out carburetor will come off as well)
Reattached fuel lines that came loose
Reinst alled air cleaner cover.

Just remove the old parts in the trimmer, small tune up, gas and ready. Your parts were the key to finish my repair. My problem was to find the correct dealer supply. Thanks
