Bearing box stripped leaving slack in the anvil. Motor was 10 years old.

Screw drivers, Wrench (Adjustable)
Parts Used:
629904-3, 158671-8, 140929-9, 135473-9
Removed battery.
Unscrewed cover and removed slides at battery.
Removed all contents, cleaned case, and blew out moisture.
Replaced motor.
Disassembled old bearing box/anvil.
Cleaned old impact mechanism.
Swapped impact into new bearing box with new anvil.
Tightened left hand thread screw cap on b earing box.
Assembled cover with wiring, motor, trigger, led, and bearing box.
If motor vibrates, separate and rejoin bearing box until smooth running occurs.
Close case.
Enjoy 10 more years of smooth use!
