Pressure tank filled to only 40psi

2. Removed shroud from motor.
3. Removed head from motor.
4. Found broken outlet exhaust valve plate.
5. While waiting for parts delivery, I thoroughly cleaned all parts and vacuumed piston chamber. Never found broken piece(s) of valve plate, so I hope they ended up in compressor t ... Read more ank.
6. Re-assembled all components.
7. Compressor now cuts in at 100 psi, and cuts out at 140 psi, as per manufacturerÆs specs.
