Remove screws from all around the plastic handle and the four from the impact end
Parted the two half\'s of the plastic housing
Because I was using the Switch and Handle Service Kit, put the new switch, pcb card and brush set in the new handle make sure you rout the cables in right places as to not trap any of the wires and insert the screw provided in to the pcb card then lift out the brush ring and insert the armature into the ring having first puled back the brushes buy releasing the springs, then make sue all the brushes are are back under pressure from the springs and none of the wires are trapped or wrapped around the springs.also position the four little plastic slugs two in one half of the new handle and two in the other look in the old handle to see where they fit but they are for a cushion between the plastic handle and the gearbox.
Carefully position the the brush ring compete with the motor and gearbox into the one half of the handle pay particular attention to the little square nibs that locate the Brush-ring the motor outer body and the gearbox there are three of them and can be tricky to locate make sure the two holes for two of the gearbox mounting screws lineup to know if the motor assembly is fully in the right place and the bearing by the brush-ring is fully in is location or the other half of the handle will not go on
Position the other half of the handle and refit all the screws around the handle and gearbox
