1] 1/4\'\' impact gun with t30 bit to remove left hand threaded screw inside chuck, make sure chuck is all the way open or screw wont come out.
2] put tool in vise, used large water pump pliers to unscrew chuck.
3] screwed new chuck on, installed new screw, done.
