Removed the outer cover then loosen the bolts that allow the motor to move up and down. Move the motor all the way up and slide the belt up in and then move the motor back down and tighten the bolts. Be careful of the fan blade, they bend easy. Reinstall the motor cover.

The drive belt on ridged sewer machine broke

I first started off by removing the motor housing from the frame. I then grabbed the correct size socket and proceeded to remove motor from frame allowing room in order to replace drive belt. I then reassembled the unit and plug it in the outlet to try and everything tested great.

Belt gear had become lose and the belt hit the fan, it bent the fan and cut the belt
