Very easy. Took off the wheel assembly to get access to the pulley. Slide the belt on then reassembled.

Removal of the wheel was straight forward. Used a screw driver to remove hub cover to access the nut holding on the wheel. Loosened the drive belt pulley assembly and replaced the belt.
