snowblower auger seized

Parts Used:
918-04171C
unbolted the 2 bolts holding each end of the auger
unbolted the belt cover and removed it.
removed the auger directional crank handle.
removed the 4 large bolts holding the front auger housing.
removed the cable for the auger at the pulley
removed the auger belt
separated the two pieces, lifting the ho using up a little to clear the notch and pins.
removed the large bolt and washer in the middle of the auger pulley
pulled auger and impeller assembly from auger housing, careful of the bearing in the middle for the shaft.
removed auger blades and bushing, spacers and washers as they were on the old auger assembly and reinstalled on new auger assembly
reinstalled everything in reverse, adjusted auger cable, all was as it should
