This replacement impeller is specially designed for Toro blowers and vacuums. It is an authentic OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket imitation. This part is secured in the blower housing and attached to the crankshaft of the engine. It is the part that would generate the air flow. This impeller is made from durable plastic and it is sold individually. Please note the hardware to secure it is sold separately.

Remove the bottom cover
Remove the nut
Remove the broken impeller
Place the new impeller on the shaft
Tighten the nut
Replace the bottom cover

Removed old impeller - filled openings around the center with weld epoxy. Allowed to cure overnight. Installed new impeller with reinforced center. Tested blower for smooth vibration
free operation; checked O.K.

Impeller gear stripped

Simply remove the inlet cover, remove the hex nut, pull the old impeller off. Install the new impeller with the washer, then tighten up the hex nut. and replace the inlet cover. You\'re done!

Removed old one and replaced it with the new one. Easy! Just make sure to unplug (disconnect spark plug) the unit first!

Plastic Impeller Worn Out

1. Remove the Inlet Cover. It snaps off be depressing the lever up by the power source.
2. Remove the Impeller Nut. Adjustable Wrench or Pliers or if you are strong, with your fingers.
3. Lift out the plastic 9 blade impeller.
4. Drop in the new plastic 9 blade impeller with the exact side down as the old one.
5. T ighten the Impeller Nut.
6. Snap back on the the Inlet Cover.

After removing the bottom guard, I remove the Hex nut, impeller and washer. I replaced all with new parts and installed them in reverse order
