Replaced Spark Plug, Gapped at 0.030. Replaced Air Filter. Replaced fuel line with FILTER. Cleaned grass from area of Air Filter. This was main cause of problem, prevented carburetor stuff from working properly. No doubt the Fuel Line with Filter needed replacement took, it was partially plugged.
