Product Description

?

This is genuine OEM sourced replacement burner set, not an aftermarket imitation. These parts are specially manufactured for Weber gas grills. Burners are connected to the control valves and it is where the flames would rise from. Please note, this set includes (3) stainless steel burner tubes and one (1) carry over tube and the hardware to secure it. Carryover tube allows the fuel to flow from one burner to another creating an even flame. You will need a wrench or a flat-head screwdriver to complete this repair. • First make sure the tank is disconnected • Remove the carryover tube • Remove the screws securing the old burners • Disconnect old burners from control valves and replace them with a new burners • Secure burners with the screws • Secure the carryover tube • Connect the gas tank and test the burners

Remove the grates and the flavorizer bars. I had to drill out some of the screws because they were so rusted. But once I was able to remove all of the screws and remove the old burners. I cleaned out the grill and installed the new burners. Replaced the flavorizer bars and grates. Works like it\'s a new grill. Thank you!

1. Removed grates
2. Removed Flavorizer bars
3. Remove bottom tray.
5. Removed ignitor from old burner tube
6. I DID NOT remove the manifold from under the control panel. Instead, there is enough room to pull the burner tubes towards the right side of the cook box releasing them from the stabilization screws on th e left side of the cook box and remove them one by one.
7. This is a great time to clean your cook box thoroughly.
8. Install new burner tubes, sliding them through appropriate holes in the cook box and onto their respective manifold inlets.
9. Ensure the end tube connector is inserted in the holes of the 1st and 3rd tubes and the middle tube slides into the opening of the end tube connector.
10. Ensure the flat ends of the tubes are inserted under the heads of the stabilization screws on the left side of the cook box.
11. Reinstall the burner igniter on the 1st tube and reconnect wires.
12. Reinstall Flavorizer Bars.
13. Reinstall grates.
14. Reinstall bottom tray.

Burner tubes corroded

Felix from Lares, Puerto Rico

After various applications of penetrating oil waited a few minutes and slowly removed the attaching screws. Preventing the screws from breaking was the hard part, since the new ones provided with the kit were larger and did not fit. After that was a staight forward install of the tubes. Works like new again.
