This is an authentic Weber replacement part manufactured for use with outdoor grills. The molded handle attaches to the aluminum damper that is used to vent the grill while in use. This damper handle is sold an individual replacement part, please note the damper is available separately.

I picked up a new Jumbo Joe for camping, and while searching for tips found there is a damper kit with a molded black handle. So I ordered one and installed it. It worked great! While I was at it, I also ordered just the black plastic handle for a full size Weber kettle I have. With a little coaxing, it pressed right on. Awesome upgrade
I purchased the Weber Kettle grill lid vent handle and epoxied it onto my WSM 22\" top lid vent to protect my fingers from the hot lid.
