1.Back panel and bottom panel removal was easy. Simple ratchet tool
2. Side burner and two work surfaces also simple.
3. Complications set in when I had to remove front burner panel in order to lift grill out of frame. I viewed videos, looked at drawings, etc. Should have taken picture with iPhone in order to put it back toget her.
4. Once burner panel was removed, it was easy to lift grill from frame after removing two side bolts holding grill to frame. One grill hood hinge had rusted so it was impossible to remove hood. Grill is not that heavy as I and my wife were able to lift it out.
5. Rear cross bar and front cross bar were simple to remove and were not rusty. Again, should have taken photo of front bar as I reinstalled it initially upside down. Directions did not have clear picture of it and after grill would not go back in, again checked video on internet.
6. After that, everything else was very simple.
7. A new Weber Genesis S330 grill retails on Amazon for over $1200. For half that amount, I restored a 5 year old grill to virtually new. Only grill box and doors are original and not a spec of rust on any stainless steel parts. Should get another 5 years on the best grill I have ever owned in Florida.
Note: I bought all side panels, back panel and bottom panel. These all rusted. Included with side panels were the new wheels and hinges for the doors. Nice add, but should have been stated in order as I bought hinges separately.
