Removed the jar bottom
Put the blades in the new bottom followed by the new seal
Screwed the new bottom to the jar

The blender leaked and then stayed in the back of a cabinet for a long time. I remembered it was a great blender but always leaked so ordered the parts.

Liquid leaks

Removed the old parts
Washed the 3 new parts
We then attached them to the bottom of the glass carafe.
No leaks now, the blender is operating quieter and the replacement was super easy!

Placed the blending assembly in the jar bottom, then the gasket. Then thread that assembly to the bottom of the jar. Then placed both lids on top of the jar.
