Actually done by a contractor, but I had insured that the new assembly would indeed fit (Noted that new assembly was 2 inches longer than the OEM part, called NuTone and they re-checked and assured me the part would fit - which of course it did). The unit had to be relocated to make room for installation of a lift system for my disabled daughter. I listed the tools used by the contractor as best I could. Very happy with the \"new\" look, thanks as usual ereplacement parts!

Removed old lense, loosened the light and socket from unit which allowed me to remove old grille. Fitted new grille over light and socket, screwed light and socket back to unit which allowed grille to fit tight to ceiling and then snapped the new lenses back in place completing installation.
