1 I removed the housings
2. I cleaned the shaft and scuffed it
3. I tapped the fan over the shaft gently and tightened the bolts
4. Replaced all housings in reverse order.
(I scratched the shaft with a good file along Its axis to better help the clamp grab the shaft)
