This is an authentic Flex replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with die grinders and polishers. Brushes are used to conduct a current between fixed wires and the rotating armature. Brushes can wear out over time and can cause intermittent use, banging sounds, require the tool to be jostled to work, or cause sparks or smoke. This brush is available as an individual replacement part, please note two brushes may be required.
