Need help finding your model number?Product Description
?These blades in your die grinders are located on the rotor within the motor housing. This OEM set includes four blades, each measuring approximately 1-1/2 inches by 3/8 inches. When the tool is turned on, the motor drives the rotor, causing the blades to spin rapidly and help you shape various materials. It is important to regularly check the condition of the blades and replace them if they are visibly worn out or misaligned. Additionally, pay attention to any unusual signs during operation, such as increased noise, vibration, or burning smells. To replace the blades, refer to your user manual for detailed instructions on how to disassemble the motor housing. Typically, you will need to secure the tool in a padded vise, then use an adjustable pin wrench to remove the lock ring. Proceed with disassembling the tool by removing the collet and rotor nut from the rotor shaft, followed by the cylinder, spacer, and the four blades from the rotor.
