This part is available as an individual replacement. The valve fits between the bellows and the bellows cup. It may require a screwdriver during installation. It is made of a thin material and will need to be replaced if it becomes broken. This is an authentic part from Delta for use in saws.
It went fairly well . Better instructions would have helped . I put a prop under the arm to hold it from moving up and down , that made it easier . I was able to get the retaining push on nut off without damaging it . I should have ordered that also . Everything needed for this replacement should be in a complete kit rather than ordered
