I lubricated the location where this grommet is located, In the front of the upper arm and between it and the blade support, with a silicone spray, and then pushed it into place with a wide head flat tip screwdriver.
Unscrew the lever from the eccentric, then remove the o-ring from the eccentric. Pull it out of the blade support. While it is out, place the grommet in the spot provided in the blade support in the front.
