I only replaced the black piece with the two spouts and trashed the rest of the door assembly. I wish U could only buy that piece instead.
1. Open the door
2. There are two screws on top and one by the lock
3. With a flat screwdriver unlatch plastic the top and lock area
3. Remove the cover
4. Slide up the sp outs piece
5. Slide in the new spout piece and assemble back the cover.

1 removed both sides of coffee machine to expose screws for front.
2 removed screws on both sides of the front
3 pried front out enough to grasp the hinge wire and pull it out, releasing the old door.
4 installed new door, replaced wire.
5 put screws back in front side, put sides back on and replaced screws.
6 Now the hard part! Door does not come with the cover. Had to work at removing the cover from the old door carefully, so as not to break the tabs on the cover. Essentially ending up breaking the tabs on the door piece to get it off.
7 Snapped old cover onto new door - and cancelled order for replacement.

1 New bean cover just snaps in easily.
