This is sold as a set of four blades. The rotor blades attach to the rotor and are made out of a durable material. They are genuine Chicago Pneumatic replacement parts used in compatible polishers, sanders, and grinders. During the installation process, a set of pliers might be needed to replace these items. They will need to be replaced if they become broken.

One of the rotor blades fail, Jamming the grinder

Parts Used:
CA144800, KF138242
Completely disassembled and cleaned the unit. Inspected for broken or worn parts.
Determined one rotor blade had broken and that one bearing had some rust and was running rough.
Ordered the required parts. When the parts arrived, lubricated the entire unit and reassembled with the new components.
Biggest issue I encount ered was the left hand thread locking collar use on the body of CP854 grinder. Once that was loosened the repair was routine
