1. Removed air inlet fitting.
2 .Pushed throttle control handle pivot pin out and removed handle.
3. Removed throttle push pin.
4. With tweezers removed failed valve parts.
5. Installed new valve parts orienting the sleeve so that it would accept the throttle push pin.

7. Reinstalled the Air Inlet fitting.
1. Disassembled per instructions.
2. Removed damaged parts (deteriorated rubber and plastic.)
3. Cleaned tool (diesel fuel)
4. Installed new parts, with help of parts diagram at ereplacementparts.com.
5. Re-assembled, oiled tool.
6. Tested. - full 20,000RPM, good torque.
