Gas Grill Trough G517-0800-W1

Bought a part for my Char Broil grill, first part arrived as ordered but not in the best condition. I sent an email and my email was answered in five minutes! I wasn’t “grilled” about the condition of the part (did you drop it? Was the box damaged on arrival? Have you used it and didn’t like it? Nobody tried to make it my fault) a return authorization was granted and a return label sent to me immediately, I sent the first part back and ordered a new one. The second part arrived in a few days in perfect condition, fits exactly as it should, grill is operational again. Part was received back in their warehouse and refund was immediately credited back to my card. Only possible thing that could have been better would be if they re-ordered the part for me (I had to reorder the part myself) but this doesn’t retract from my 5 star rating. Too many times vendors try to blame you for something not being right; there was none of this here, the part was shipped back with their label and everything was fast, easy and satisfactory. I feel that anybody or any organization can make a mistake or somehow not live up to their end of the bargain, it’s how fast and easy and satisfactory they fix the problem that is the hallmark of a good trustworthy company. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks and will use them in the future.

When I ordered, I thought I had the correct part ordered. When received, I found it was not the correct part. I found the return process painless and was able to return. I then returned to find my older model number and was able to call and verify the information on the part and was surprised to find it was special order and was the correct part number. The service and help is exceptional and I have them bookmarked and ready to order another item.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. I immediately called and was skillfully taken care of by the lady on the telephone. I was sent the labels to return the wrong part and received the right one a few days later. Very happy with it all.

In the 10 years we have owned our grill, we have been able to replace the trough twice for our Char Broil grill at minimal cost, extending the time for eventual replacement of the grill as a whole.
