Was easy to repair except for removal of very rusted screws that I had to drill out with a Dremel tool. With new parts in the gill now works correctly and safely.

Removed the igniter from the burner, removed gas crossover from both burners, installed both burners, installed the ignitor, installed gas crossover. There were no extra screws to re secure the ignitor and the crossover so I had to find other screws to secure. Other than that, all went well.

I removed all of the inner parts of the grill and put in new burners, heat tents and crossover
tube as well as purchased a new grate for the grill. The total cost was about $35.00 but a new grill would have been at least $200. I polished the outside with steel wool and spray painted it with heat resistant spray paint. Your schematic of all the parts was invaluable.
