Warming rack and grill grates were rusted.

Carry over tubes rusted out, and grates needed replacing (grates were 14 years old)

1. Remove grill grates
2. Remove flair guards (the V shaped metal pieces)
3. Remove old Carry over tubes (might need to be drilled out if bady rusted)
4. Install new Cary over tubes
5. Install new flair guards
6. Install new grates.
Only issue I ran into was only one g ... Read more rate showed up. Website shows a 3 pack, box said 3 pack, however only 1 was shipped. I have tried to contact the company several times via phone, and e-mail, and still no response. After waiting almost 4 weeks for the items to ship, and the items not being received correctly, I may use a different vendor in the future. If they are willing to make this right, I can change this review.
