Burner and vaporiser bar rusted

I removed the clips from the old burner and installed the new burner. Then I just lifted out the old vaporiser bar and replaced it.

Burner assembly and vaporizer shield were completely worn out from use and left outside year round exposed to New England weather. Unit is 20 years plus old.

1. Removed old rusted parts.
2. Scraped old grease and soot from inside grill. This was the only work involved.
3. Placed the burner with spring catches.
4. Placed vaporizer bar.
5. Now grill is like new!
