DISCONNECT BREAKER CONTROLLING HEATER: Removed 4 screws holding grill on, removed fan by easing off, removed 2 screws holding fan (thermostat) switch, untied wire from main power, unplugged two wires to switch. Turned off main power, then removed grill, unplugged the old thermostat from its connections and reinstalled the new thermostat from ereplacements. It was an exact replacement part, and now the heater is working again like it should. Thanks guys!
