DISCONNECT BREAKER CONTROLLING HEATER: Removed 4 screws holding grill on, removed fan by easing off, removed 2 screws holding fan (thermostat) switch, untied wire from main power, unplugged two wires to switch. Replaced switch, then reverse procedure. Simple. NOTE: I had disconnected breaker before procedure!!!! Always make sure power is off!

Heater ran all the time

Turned off main power, then removed grill, unplugged the old thermostat from its connections and reinstalled the new thermostat from ereplacements. It was an exact replacement part, and now the heater is working again like it should. Thanks guys!

SHUT OFF POWER REMOVE COVER UNSCREW OLD THERMOSTAT INSTALL NEW THERMOSTAT INSTALL COVER TURN ON POWER.
