Took brush out of one side and it was good. Did the other side and brush wouldn\'t come out. So I took apart and found that the brush holder had melted to the point the brush didn\'t make contact. So got online and ordered brush holder and brushes. Put it back together. Fired right up. So I now know I can\'t run for long periods of time. Good luck.

Dremel got to hot and melted the brush holder.

You will need a set of torx bits for the job.
I opened up the Dremel.
Separated the brush holder from the motor itself.
Removed the wires from the old brush holder.
Put the wires into the new brush holder.
Put the brush holder back around the motor.
Screwed the dremel back together.
