1.Remove the ventilator and globe.
2. Remove the genorator nut and genorator ( need 7/16 box wrench)
3. Remove valve wheel from valve stem may be Philips or flat head depending on year of manufacturer.
4. remove the nut and washer holding the burner assembly and frame rest ( use 1/2 box wrench ) then remove both burner

5. now slightly pinch the frame rest and slide forward and over the valve to remove.
6. with all fuel drained and filler cap removed heat the valve body with a propane torch to soften the factory thread sealant.
7. after heating chuck the valve in a vice and rotate the fount to remove the valve. If it will not turn use more heat.
8. With the valve removed you can now access the feed tube assembly. Remove it from the valve using a 3/8 box wrench. Be careful there are small parts inside the valve that you don\'t want to disturb.
9. Now install the new feed tube assembly and tighten just enough to seat the o-ring.
10. apply new sealant to the threads on the valve body and reasonable in reverse order.
