This replacement left fence is an authentic OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket equivalent. It is specially designed for use with Dewalt compound miter saws. The purpose of this fence is to add height to the side. This will help with taller moldings and work pieces. Please note, this metal left fence is sold individually. Replacing this part you will need a wrench.

Fence is bent. Every miter piece is different, how can I obtain a new fence?

1. Unscrewed the retention bolt for the left fence.
2. Slid out the old fence.
3. Slid the new fence in.
4. Screwed the retention bolt back to hold the new fence in.

Pinched wood between blade and fence got kick back and bent the fence

Slide the fence out
Placed new fence in place
Tighten the knob securing the fence in place
