Removed screws from the area I needed access too.
Removed fan cover.
Removed old broken fan blade.
Removed old fan bracket
Blew dust out of tool and used Qtips to clean everything I could while cover was off.
Reassembled with new parts, tested for proper function.
Repair was successful.
