Raise foot and remove all parts on cutter wheel. Clean all parts and replace with new parts. No problem.

in the process of changing the blades lost a screw and misplaced the aligment gauge

removed all the blade holding screws replaced the blades, used the gauge to assure alignment, used the replacement screw and reinstalled the blades and holding screws
