1. Sprayed penetrating oil on adjustment arm.
2. I allowed it to set overnight.
3. Using pressure from the frame I was able to free the arm so that it would travel back and forth.
4. By collapsing the frame I was able to put the spring in place.
5. Snapped the plastic cover in place.
6. All finished.
