1. Totally disassembled sander
2. Cleaned all electrical parts
3. Dipped bearing in special solution to clean
4. Reassembled electrical parts
5. Screwed on fan unit
6. Reassembled all exterior parts
7. Attached platen
8. Unit checked out
Remove cover from armature, grip the armature on the hardened part of the shaft so that it doesn\'t turn. Turn the Bearing/fan counterclockwise to remove. Reverse procedure to install the new Bearing.
