This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement collet and nut designed for use with Dewalt routers. This part provides the firm grip for holding the bit. Please note, exterior opening measures at about -+", however interior of the collet is -+" (There may be some confusion due to the nut surrounding the collet being a -+"). This assembly includes (1) metal collet and (1) metal nut. You will need a wrench to replace this item.
