This replacement 1/2" collet and nut is a genuine OEM sourced item designed for Dewalt routers. It is a high quality item that is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer. Its purpose is to secure the bit. Please note, this collet is for using bits with 1/2" arbors only. This assembly includes (1) metal collet and (1) metal nut. You will need a wrench to replace this item.
