Put the housing in a vise and gently heat it up. The temperature was under 200F but I could not determine the exact temperature. Once it is heated up push the plastic hose over the air pump cap. It popped right on after heating it. Let the metal cool before putting it on the scroll saw.

Removed blade from the saw , tipped assembly back and braced it, removed the air pump cap by removing two torx screws holding the cap.
Installed the new air pump cap, then GENTLY heated the air nozzle end, so it would snap back onto the air pump cap fitting. Allowed the assemble to cool, reinstall a new blade and then ready to go ag ain.
