1. Removed clear lamp cover by unscrewing lock ring and removing C ring.
2. Removed bulb from socket by wiggling and pulling. Saved white vibration bumper attached to bulb.
3. Separated case by unscrewing five phillips head screws.
4. Replaced switch cover.
5. Reassembled case and installed new bulb and white bumpe

6. Changed \"Makita\" reflector over to new lamp cover observing original orientation.
7. Reinstalled new lamp cover, C ring, and finally, the lock ring.
8. Installed a battery and checked operation.
