Unscrewed brush cover with Flat blade screwdriver, remove old woreout. Brushes replaced with new brushes Reinstalled brush covers. Now, it works great.
Simply took screws out of the grinder handle so that I could access the cord guard and power cord. Removed the cord clamp and switch.Took the old cord leads of the switch Installed the new cord guard on the cord, then the cord onto the switch. Replaced the cord clamp.
