Remove all screws holding the 2 router body halves together. Use putty knife or thin blade screwdriver to separate the 2 halves. Cut the black wires from power cord and leading to motor close to switch to be replaced. Trim 1/2 inch of insulation from each wire. Place 1 wire under and around each of the screw terminals and tighten snugly. Remove old switch from router and place new switch in. Being careful to not pinch wires put the 2 router body halves back together. Reinstall all screws and tighten loosely. Fit base and springs back into place and then securely tighten screws.
