Power cord frayed, dust bag ripped, safety switch broken/missing

Remove the screws from the upper handle
Remove the cord clamp
Disconnect the cord wires from the switch, remove the old cord
Slide the cord guard onto the new cord
Connect the new cord wires to the switch
Screw the upper handle on
Press the switch button in
Install the dust bag on the dust nozzl e
