Removed the sander pad by removing the three mounting screws.
Removed the screw assembly #34 and flat washer #33.
Removed the skirt #26 by removing the screws #27 and pulling firmly.
Lifted out the various bearings, brake rings, etc. until I got to the broken bracket #22.
Replaced the bracket, then reassembled.
... Read more />The skirt has the star shape and will only go together one way.
I recommend having a copy of the exploded view showing the proper order to put the parts back in as there are a couple washers that can fit a couple places.
